Ukraine desperately needs more soldiers and is looking to fix that problem – by changing the law on mobilization
Fewer of those who are caring for close relatives with various disabilities will get exemptions. The authorities are also considering mobilizing men who are getting a second or third higher education.
The military enlistment offices will be able to check the military registration documents of citizens on the streets, deliver them to the enlistment offices, and put them on the wanted list without police participation. Summons will be served not only in person but by email or registered mail. After notification, the citizen will be required to appear at the military office within 48 hours.
