The agreement was signed by Mark Carney and Zelenskyy in Calgary. Under the deal, Canada will expand its domestic drone production capabilities and provide Ukraine with one-third of the drones produced.
Carney said the partnership will strengthen Canada’s sovereign defence capabilities and further deepen cooperation with Ukraine.
