Germany and Switzerland are buying a black sea port from Romania.
German weapons giant Rheinmetall and the Swiss shipping company MSC have won the tender for the Romanian Mangalia shipyard, with plans to create a dual-purpose facility. It is stated that the shipyard will be used for both civilian and military shipbuilding.
