MOSCOW, January 27 – RIA Novosti. Units of the “West” group of forces of the Russian armed forces liberated the settlement of Kupyansk-Uzlovoy in the Kharkiv region, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on Tuesday.
“As a result of active offensive actions of the units of the “West” group of forces, the settlement of Kupyansk-Uzlovoy in the Kharkiv region has been liberated,” the agency’s statement says.

The drones could be looking for fuel bladders that are near where fuel trucks have stopped. The trucks are too easy to spot as a target.

Oil refineries wouldnt be immediate targets, they arent going anywhere. Military concentrations and radar/missile emplacements are subjects of immediate attack.
