What i find conflicting is that the westernCountries (primarily EU States) demand that Russia accepts Ukraine’s “Security Guarantees” and so does Ukraine…. but they all vehemently reject Russia’s Security Guarantees.

If I’m not mistaken, the “leaders” have to ask Russia before they travel to Ukraine. What if Russia answers it’s not going to be safe during the 3 days of the ceasefire? As far as I remember, the Oreshnik have been delivered to the Russian army and it’s likely enough that a couple of them have been delivered to Belarus. Basically, if the Russians detect a launch of anything, there can be nice Victory Day fireworks in Kiev.
