Wealth Is Energy: Why Success Starts With Your Life Force — Not Your Bank Account

By Jamie McIntyre

There’s a quiet truth about wealth that rarely gets taught in schools, boardrooms, or even most investment seminars.

It’s not just about money.

It’s about energy.

Not the fluffy, incense-burning kind people dismiss too quickly. Real energy. Life force. The fuel that powers your clarity, your creativity, your discipline, and ultimately your ability to create value in the world.

And value, not money, is the real currency of wealth.

THE MISUNDERSTOOD FOUNDATION OF WEALTH

In my book What I Didn’t Learn at School but Wish I Had, first published in the early 2000s and now republished globally, I made a point that many overlooked:

If you want to become wealthy, you must first increase your life force energy.

Money is simply a reflection of that energy.

The more energy you have — mentally, physically, emotionally — the more you can give, create, solve, and build.

And the marketplace rewards those who solve problems at scale.

VALUE CREATION: THE REAL WEALTH EQUATION

People often say, “I want to be a millionaire” or “I want to be a billionaire.”

But very few ask the only question that actually matters:

What value am I prepared to give?

Because here’s the unspoken rule of wealth:

• If you want to earn $1 million, you must create far more than $1 million in value
• If you want to become a billionaire, you need to create tens of billions in value for others

Wealth is not taken. It is earned through contribution.

In my own career, I’ve focused relentlessly on this principle. Through investment education, property development, and strategic forecasting, I’ve helped clients collectively generate billions in increased net worth.

That didn’t happen by chasing money.

It happened by chasing value creation.

ABUNDANCE VS SCARCITY: THE INNER BATTLE

Most people operate from scarcity.

They want more… but they hesitate to give.

They want success… but they’re unclear on how they serve.

They want wealth… but they lack generosity.

Here’s the paradox:
