Spanish Superior Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands Approves Request to Disclose Contracts Between Spain and Pharmaceutical Companies in Relation to the Covid-19 Vaxxine

The Superior Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands has given the Spanish government ten days to reveal all the contracts with four pharmaceutical companies (Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca) in relation to the covid-19 vaccine.

The court order from 28th of July mentions that they must provide a copy of the original contracts, where the price of the doses, deliveries, possible compensation for drug failures, as well as all the clauses and stipulations of the same, are stated.

The court order also states that the total number of adverse side effects and deaths in the Balearic islands due to the covid-19 vaccine to be certified.

The court order in the Superior court of justice of the Balearic islands came to be because of the work of the organization Liberum and 549 citizens which started the process to get the documents released by the Spanish government.
