The US Transport Sec blamed discriminatory planning for low-hanging bridges and underpasses, all designed to pick on people of colour.
It would give the owners of the Dali, which wrecked the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore on Tuesday, something to write down on the insurance claim….except the ship had a little accident in Antwerp, Belgium, in 2016 when it rammed a pier.
