The President of El Salvador says he will not be releasing Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
“How can I return him to the United States? How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States?”
The Supreme Court recently ordered the Trump administration to facilitate his return, as it was revealed Kilmar was never convicted of terrorism.
The Trump administration has defied the SCOTUS ruling.
