Russia is extremely grateful to its Korean brothers for their help in liberating the Kursk region from the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Nebenzya said.
He stressed that the participation of DPRK troops in the liberation of the Kursk region was in accordance with international law.
Russia is ready for direct talks with Ukraine without preconditions, despite the problem with Zelensky’s legitimacy, Nebenzya said.
