Here’s what others had to say:

@joan3891
Our mama’s used to say, go play outside and don’t come home until supper! We were all better off then.

@JaniceJones-r4w
I suffered a lot with depression when i was younger my doctor asked how much time did i spend outside in the sunshine i replied not much, he suggested for me to spend an hour a day sitting outside, or going for a walk and within a week i felt Great.

@joebarcelona5433
Was a massage therapist for 15 years…a lot of daylight hours in dimly lit rooms. I went though about a year of depression. I started eating better and exercising outdoors. It helped tremendously!

@KKbaby1111
This completely explains why years ago before computers/phones & other blue light devices, people were not dehydrated like they are now. I was born in 1967. No one carried bottles of water around. We were outside. Now no matter how much water we drink, mist if us are very dehydrated. I’ve wondered about this for years.

@Meursault_1111
Since I was a child I’ve realized the amount of light in an environment had a direct influence on my mood.

@sparrowt4082
“But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!” — Matthew 6:23 (NKJV)

@Haylo545
Hospitals back in the early last century always had their patients rest outside or by an opened window.

@TheCollectiveSubconscious
Dr. Phil Valentine made a lecture about these very facts in the 80s and 90s and he was labeled a pseudoscientist. So glad that it is finally being accepted.

@juenescarter7040
I’m absolutely fascinated and I’m delighted and thankful to live long enough to be privy to this kind of information. Free and not hidden. The human body is amazing.

@kiraharlamor391
This makes complete sense to me! It’s all energy, frequencies, wavelengths, quantum physics, the color spectrum, astrology, science and more. Everyone keeps getting the incorrect information and I’m so glad you are sharing this info with the public because it can help save people’s lives in many ways! You are explaining all the ways to help them! I do CT’s on the brain and body for the Neuro Surgeons and Neuro Radiologists!

@nauryz4965
Since im having a baby i stopped watching tv, and im way less on the phone than in the past. We walk everyday outside for just an hour and im feeling a huge difference in my energylevel than before

@OmarMartinez-tw4to
Since 15 years ago I noticed that when I was sick no matter how hot the sun felt my body would crave sunlight. I would take my shirt off and just stand in direct sunlight for minutes meditating. Today I use it to control and alleviate panic or anxiety attacks. Thank you soon much for revealing this hidden knowledge to us. Who knows what other pieces will be put together by someone watching this and later revealing a new finding.

@maon7565
This explains soooo many things I’ve noticed over the years. Like, 2 people can go on the same diet, one will loose weight, the other will not, but sunlight exposure isn’t tracked…

@GideonMacD
Carpenter for the last 27 yrs and work mainly outside . I have never watched my diet and long ago noticed i felt so much better after a day outside than when i worked inside . Also at 47 i wear the same size pants i wore in highschool yet never touch a gym . God is great and may everyone realize sunlight is an essential nutrient !! Also im never depressed nor have i ever suffered from headaches ! My wife claims im a freak of nature yet after changing her routine this last year she is much slimmer and healthier at 50 than she was 10 yrs ago when she worked 60 hrs a week staring at computer monitors . Get outside friends and keep device time down to an hour a day and wear blue light glasses when working on computers.

@nieczerwony
This is why ehen I was staying in my unckles cabin n wood, in the middle od nowhere I felt like myself again.
Lake jus in front of cabin. Get up early sit on a bridge and drink some coffee, get some fishing. Go to the woods, pick some herbs and stuff. Cut some trees, and chop them. In the evening put some fire outside or in fireplace. Get some candles, read some books and write diary/journal. No stress, no anxiety, no thought rush.

@cliveambrose2251
Two major problems with current scientific thinking. First it is reductionist rather than holistic. Second, it is heavily impacted by capitalism.

@ShFTt
What an awesome and important video in these times. Saved it and will come back to research all the different people and books he mentioned. Thank you so much for putting this out there with great visuals and graphics. It’s beautiful that people are starting to talk about this topic and this video definitely deserves more views.
